Excess spending behavior

I no longer is myself . I am trying hard to control my excess spending behaviour . And I didnt stop .
I had thoughts of signing and signing credit card even I had hit my access limit .

I am waiting for my salary to come in and I could quickly clear my credit bill and I borrow from my mum again this month . I think I am worthless .

HELP .
