All U have to do is ask and believe and then get yourself on the recieving frequency of goodness. You dont actually have to do anything else . The universe will do the moving of things , including moving you .
When you ask and believe , you are getting yourself out of the way so the inverse can do it works .

To express deep gratitude , sit down and write a list of things you are gratitude for . Keep writing your list until your eues are overflowing with tears . As tear come, you will feel the most beautiful feelings around you heart and all through the inside of you . This is the feeling of truse gratitude . Once you have felt this feeling you will know how to recrate it .
The intense feeling of gratitude is the feeling you want to reproduce many time a day you can . IN a short  time you will be able to bring tahtf eeling into your body at time ,virtually instantanerouly .

Noone else can bring negativity into our live through thier thoughts unless we allow our frequency to lower to the same negative frequency as thier .

Anybody who thinks negatively thoughts about someone else has those negative thoughts return to them multiplied . It diesnt mtter how many people are thinking negativelyabout somoenel if that person is in joy thise thoughts can never reach them , because they are diffrerent frequency . In stead , all the negative thoughts will multiply and return to the people who were thinking them .

If you judge another, then you just brought judgement to you

If you want to attract appreciation for what you do , then move through your life appreciating and complimenting others.
if you find fault with another , then you just brought others finding fault with you . If you judge other s finding fault with you .If you judge another, then you just brought judgement to you . And if you appreciate others, you will bring appreciate to you . You have to make the quality dominant in you first me before you attract the outside world .

With God, there is no such thing

In Scripture, we read about some apparently hopeless situations. One example is that of a wealthy man named Job whom God described as having integrity (Job 2:3). Disaster struck and Job lost everything important to him. In misery, he said, “My days are . . . spent without hope” (7:6). What appeared to Job and his friends as evidence that God had turned against him was just the opposite. God was so confident of Job’s integrity that He trusted him in this battle with Satan. Later, Job’s hope and life were renewed.

The faithful arrival of spring every year comforts me when I’m in a situation that seems hopeless. With God, there is no such thing. No matter how bleak the landscape of life may look, God can transform it into a glorious garden of color and fragrance.

Avoid at All Cause

Based on my observations and reflections, I’ve come up with 35 of them. Avoid these at all costs, even if all you want is to be a better worker!

1. Refuse to learn any new skills.
2. Complain about anything and everything.
3. Gossip about your colleagues.
4. Behave as if your company owes you a living.
5. Spend most of your time at work on Facebook and YouTube.
6. Don’t give your boss regular updates.
7. Don’t set daily goals and targets.
8. Be disorganized.
9. Try to change the culture at work without first understanding the culture deeply.
10. Continually ask yourself “What can I get?” instead of “What can I give?”
11. Be late to work and to meetings.
12. Don’t reply to emails in a timely manner (especially ones from your boss).
13. Criticize your colleagues in public.
14. Don’t periodically reflect on how you can do things better.
15. Don’t show basic courtesy in your emails, over the phone, and in person.
16. Don’t proofread your emails before sending them.
17. Don’t set career goals.
18. Refuse to ask for feedback from your boss and your colleagues.
19. Don’t read any books.
20. Never say “thank you” to anyone.
21. Go to your boss with questions, instead of options and recommendations.
22. Talk bad about your boss to other people.
23. Socialize when you should be doing work.
24. Say “no” to every opportunity to give a presentation or a speech.
25. Talk as if you know it all.
26. Try to use power that you don’t have.
27. Refuse to perform a single task that’s outside of your official job description.
28. Spend most of your time on urgent tasks that aren’t actually important.
29. Start working on a project without first coming up with a plan.
30. Continually demand more pay and more benefits.
31. Never apologize, even when you’re in the wrong.
32. When things don’t go according to plan, come up with a whole list of reasons why it’s not your fault.
33. Delegate tasks to your peers without first asking them if they’re willing to help.
34. Annoy your boss by asking him or her questions that can be easily found on the Internet.
35. Frequently apply for leave at the very last minute without consulting your other team members.

Law of attaction show me where I am overriding my intention

If you ARE VISUALIZING ALL OF THE TIME AND NOTHING IS HAPPENING , it means that you are overriding your intention in some other powerful way that you are not aware of . What are you thinking? Advice from My Melbourne friend

I know it is hard, but you have to think of the present day, and not fall back into thinking of the past. Keep your head up and I am still praying that you will get lots of sleep to help you continue on.

My Boss didnt reply my SMS and I am up tight .

I am hitting a bad patch in my life . I am overwhelmed by burden . SOmetimes I feel burdsome to know new friends. Yet part of me, love t o interact. I dun know maybe not . I am introvent .
My boss didn't reply my SMS , It don't feel good . Maybe he is busy . Maybe he is caught up with his work . Maybe he happen to be trouble this period . Or those maybe ...What error is this ? Fortune telling , jumping to conclusion . So ....What should I do ? just ignore and just focus on my work .
Tomorrow should I go office to finish my uncompleted work .

Today I dun know why I felt sick and struck down by flu . Bad flu . It is causing me  hard to sleep . And I was God , I am having in flu , I still bike all the way to office . I dun now how I do it . I know I am crazy .
When I was cycling uphill , I know I had no energy and had to push my bicycle up . I should have found there is something wrong with me . Maybe it was too early 4 am . And thus not enough sleep as earlier the day I meet with them . And lack of sleep at night , and so many stressful events had been troubling me . So I am down with flu . I spend a lot of money on doctor lately .

okay I am not so well now ...Why .... coz throughout the night .... I didnt sleep ...

As I couldn't sleep , even I intoxicated myself with sleeping pills . I still sleepless . Earlier , I suddenly wanted to buy MAC OS book so I suddenly went out and  happen  to ask my friend gf as she would like to meet .  Actually It was a last minute , earlier she ask me to meet . I thought I wanted to finish my undone task at work .Then I changed my mind .Suddenly think I need this MACOS book I cant stand having a macbook and dun know how to use it at all . She was kind . She even offer to help me buy the book as she is at Kinko .But I feel embrassed to ask for any help  . Anyway , I was amazed that She was okay with meeting me at bookshop , she was dating . And we met .

I guess after meeting her, I found her sweet ,good height  and very petite for a lady . I envied her slim slender figure .

We had a chat . Chat till I lost track of my time ,till my dad  called me . I had to go home . And I wasn't willingly to go home , I enjoy talking with her . I wanted to continue . I guess we connect instantly .

After meeting up with her , she triggered me to think alot .

Marriage . What is this ?  Does  marriage lead to a good ending ? Marriage seem so complex . I feel and see many of my friends fall apart . She was strong . But this time , I  wish her well .
Children . I  never thought of any children of mine.  I work with children part time and volunteer  . And  my dog is my child . whenever he is sick , I get very upset and hysterical . I can feel how she worried and how she love . Nomatter what , Mother love exceed all.

Family - Sometimes it is true that you will never gain understanding from your parents of what u are thinking .Like this morning , My mum called me and yelled ," Who called you so cycle to work again? You know my friend daughter whom is a doctor nearly died cycling . I dun know why u act like a boy .blah blah blah blah ....so early 4 am . U crazy huh..blah blah blah ...."

Then I realized .... this friend of mine share her family doesn't understand her .And Her dad passed away . I guess I had a doting dad who always send me to work everyday . SO at the same time I say DAD I LOVE YOU , THANK YOU .

So I guess ..after all ....Suddenly I feel a sense of connection to her. I feel like hugging her  and say ," Gal , you must be suffering in silent and it would be tougher for you than for me . I only got shit ..i think at all area , my facebook Jxxxxx lady say I had problem in my rs, my work life , my financial ...I am good for nothing ...Always failure " I was hurted by her remark .I cursed ...wait she get her karma back and have sand in her shoes . See how she can judged me so easily . But on the other hand , maybe she just want to shake the hell out of me  ,help me .But I just think Exxxx was nicer , in term she was related and encouraged me better . I really wanted to give her a big hug ....

I withhold myself because I just met her . How can I just give her a hug? I dont want people to think I am some lebsian or crazy dude .Although emotions inside me , I am crying for her . Well,  I thought and flip on my bed  throughout the night thinking about her , and imagine what would I do if I will her?

I  sincerely wish her well this time round .  And I feel we are the same ..why our horoscope ? Yah Gal , I share the same horoscope as you . A fortune teller once told me that Scopio shouldnt get married early .  But Gal , I can connect with you , As scopio , I know when we fall in love , we fall in love fully and devoted .  I know you have loved , and everything you did was for your family . focus on working on the frequency of your being first

If you are just begining to use the principles of the secret , my advice to you is to focus on working on the frequency of your being first . Ask for what you want , and then work on the inside of you . Work on lifting the frequency of your being through your thoughts and feelings .
Tune your frequency to be in harmony with the universe. The frequency of the universe is a frequency of pure goodness .

When you are beginning to create intentionally , it is often better to fucs on 1 thing at time . With pratice you will have great power to harness your energy , and then you will be able to focus on many things at 1 time .

Imagine your mind as a magnifying glass with the sun shinning through it . As you hold the magnifying glass steady in 1 place, you will create a fire . There is no difference between magnifying glass ,and sun and your mind and universe

keep the picture moving ..how?

The key to visualization is to keep the picture moving in your mind , and yourself moving in the picture . If you keep the picture moving like a movie, you can master visualization really quickly . If the picture is static , it is a lot harder to hold the picture in your mind .
keep your visualization busy with lots of movement , and your mind will become so captivated it will not think of anything else .

Knowing that God sees everything frees us from thinking about the watchful eyes of others. When we do what is right, we need no applause from onlookers; when we sin, we do not need to worry about our reputation once we settle the issue with God and anyone we’ve harmed. We can rest knowing that “the eyes of the Lord run to and fro throughout the whole earth, to show Himself strong on behalf of those whose heart is loyal to Him” (2 Chron. 16:9)
It is important that you are grateful for everything in your life . Many people focus on the one thing they want and then they forget to be grateful for all the things they have . Without gratitude you cannot achieve anything through the law of attraction , because if you are not emanating gatitude from your beging , then by default you are emanating ungratefulness. Be proactive and use the frequencey of your being to recieve what you want .
I am grateful that I had a job .
I had little lucky to wait to come into my room , play with him before I report for work.
My dad drives me to work .
I am grateful for food in the table.
And all the good thing God had given me .
