RED PASSION HEART SHAPED

I dont know what is this plant . I just love the flowers of this plant . It is a red heart shape with yellow bulbs in the middle . What is this called ? When I brought it , It has bulbs of flower . But then recently the flower died . This flower is also very cute .Especially when I see a new bulb coming out of my plants . I am cheerful .
