If you are just begining to use the principles of the secret , my advice to you is to fucus on working on the frequency of your being first . Ask for what you want , and then WORK on the inside of you . Work in Lifting your freuqnecy of your being through your thoughts and feelings .
Tune your frequency to be in harmony with the Universe . The frequency of the Universe is a frequncy of pure goodness .
