Always remember that your feelings are monitoring your thoughts for you . Your feelings are telling you whether you are thihking thoughts that are good for you or thoughts that are not good for you . If you can become more and more consicious of how you are feeling , then you become more and more aware of what kind of thoughts you re thinking.Your feeling are unceasingly telephraphing messages to you .
